Covered when all the following conditions are met:

- patient has condition where they are bed or chair confined (without use of electric wheelchair)
- patient can operate controls on electric wheelchair successfully
- patient is incapable of moving about (nonambulatory) and/or have severe weakness in upper extremities due to neurological/muscular condition
Common Diagnosis: ALS, MS, MD, Cerebral Palsy, Paraplegia, Amputation, Quadriplegia

Carbon frame with total weight of 43.6 lbs. Front suspension. Under seat storage. Foldable. 300 lbs. weight capacity.
Go cHair
Smaller footprint than many standard powered chairs. Designed specifically for navigating interiors with ease. Maintains large footplate.
Others
Multiple configurations of powered wheelchairs are available not shown here. Options such as narrow base or heavy-duty (with increased weight capacity). Color choice is also selectable on certain models.
