Buckeye Home Medical offers any type of medical equipment that can be used in the home to aid with mobility.  We offer Oxygen, Nebulizers, CPAP, BIPAP, Trilogy, Diabetic Shoes, Lift Chairs, Hospital Beds, Power and regular Wheelchairs, all types of bathroom safety, home modifications and pain relief management.  Each of our locations have a Certified Shoe Fitter to assist our diabetic patients providing education on the importance of Diabetic Shoes.   We also have a division that provides Women’s Health Care to breast cancer patients with a Certified Bra Fitter to assist with fitting bra’s, camisole and prosthesis and numerous retail items such as wigs, turbans and compression sleeves. 

Together Paula Allred, a Pharmacist with a health care background, her brother Fred Allred and his wife Brenda purchased the business in 1988.   While the business originally started in Jamestown they now have nine locations across middle Tennessee and Kentucky employing approximately 120 people across all stores.  The Allred’s are originally from Jamestown and feel like it is a privilege to serve the people in their hometown.  They want to make a difference in people’s quality of life by helping them age at home comfortably and they strive to provide jobs for people in the community that they call home.   Our focus has been to hire people both with medical experience and others with a desire to learn in order to deliver courteous and knowledgeable professionals to assist with our customer’s needs.
